1. Aluminium frame thickess testing

Aluminium frame is the main bone of a whole marquee tent, the hardness of aluminium frame will has a great influence for the tent. Fastup Tent's frame code is aluminium 6061/T6, hardness reach 16 HW, frame surface doing anodized management, which makes the frame strong, anti-aging, safe and long 20 years lifespan. There are also other factory doing the similar aluminium frame which looks similar, but the quality is different, lower aluminium code is aluminium 6063/T5, frame hardness only reach 10-13HW, this aluminium frame will out of shape easily, bad wind & snow load resistance, shorten lifespan.

2. Roof fabric and sidewall fabric testing

A good roof fabric and sidewall fabric also influence the appearance, lifespan, safety of tent.

Lower PVC fabric has short lifespan, easily change color, fabric crack under hot sun, not UV-resistance and not flame retardant. Good quality roof and sidewall should be UV-resistance, waterproof and flame retardant. Marquee Tent’s roof material from Fastup Tent is 850g blockout double PVC coated fabric, sidewall fabric is 650g translucent double PVC coated fabric, which both has SGS flame retardant certificate reach European DIN 4 102 B2, USA NFPA  701, CAN /ULCS-109 standard. Double PVC coated fabric exceed 0.67mm, coating with Vinyl for more smooth surface to let snow and rain slip off. These good roof fabric and sidewall fabric will contribute a lot to whole marquee tent, makes the tent more secure.

3. Components and fabric kadar system

A good marquee tent also required every components and fabric kadar system. Fastup Tent's fittings is hard plated steel, galvanized treatment on steel surface, never get rust, durable and has 15-20 years lifespan. For fabric tension system, we use clear core for kadar, Brass rivet and all other durable components, all components can connect with each part perfectly, we are detailed oriented.
